Simple pull-out feature allows for easy transition from a standard chair to a cozy lounge in seconds. Be sure to bring your sunscreen, pool towels, pool floaties, heavy blankets & any other items you desire while on vacation! For longer stays, we do not provide laundry service but laundry facilities are available on the lobby level for your use using coins or the ShinePay app. Motorcycles are prohibited on the resort property from May 1st - August 31st.

Common Areas: No hallways, sidewalks, parking lots or other common areas of the resort should be obstructed or used for any purpose other than entry and exit from the units. 2. Personal Property: No hallways, sidewalks, stairways, parking lots, lobbies or other common areas of the resort should be used for the storage of private/personal property. 3. Windows/Balconies/Patios: Nothing should be thrown or emptied out the windows, doors, down the stairways, from the balconies or in the common areas. Nothing should be stored on any balcony. In order to comply with local ordinances, no clothing or banners of any type, including swimsuits, towels, and advertisements or endorsement (political, sports or otherwise), should be hung over balcony railings or any part of the building. The feeding of seagulls and other birdlife from the balcony is prohibited. 4. Disturbances: No guest, and their families should make or permit disturbing noises while at the resort. They should not do anything that interferes with the rights, comforts or conveniences of other owners or occupants. They should not play any musical instrument, radio, television, music emitting device, or the like, in a manner which disturbs or annoys other owners or guests at the resort. 5. Swimming Pools/Jacuzzis/Lazy Rivers: All guests should abide by the rules posted at the swimming pools, Jacuzzis and lazy rivers. Pool wristbands must be worn as required when in the pool areas. If you don't have a pool waistband as required, you will be designated as an unauthorized user of the resort facility and requested by security to leave. No glass containers are allowed. 6. Children: Children 14 years and under should be accompanied by an adult when using any resort recreational facilities. When using the swimming pools, children 14 years and under should be accompanied by a responsible adult swimmer 16 years and older. 7. Skateboards/Toys: Skateboards, roller blades and other wheeled toys should not be ridden on property. Use of other toys or games are only permitted in areas which does not interfere with the rights and comforts of resort owners or guests. Bicycles should only be ridden on the roadways with care. 8. Drones: The use of drones and other remote-controlled flying devices are prohibited from the resort. 9. Lagoon: Swimming, wading or interfering with wildlife in the lagoon is dangerous and not permitted for any reason. 10. BBQ / Grilling : Grilling is strictly prohibited anywhere on property. 11. Vehicles: All vehicles parked at the resort need to have a proper homeowner's sticker or parking pass. If not, the vehicle will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense. Off-site arrangements must be made for RV's, campers, boats, trailers, trucks and vans that cannot fit in the designated parking areas. No construction truck or other construction equipment shall be parked for storage overnight or longer on property. 12. Motorcycles: Motorcycles are not allowed on property. 13. Trailers/Golf Carts: Trailers must be parked in the same parking garage of the building where they are staying. Rental golf carts are not permitted on property. 14. Fireworks: The use of fireworks is strictly prohibited at the resort and on the beach (per Horry County Ordinance). 15. Weather: When thunder and lightning are active in the area, all indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzis and lazy rivers will be closed for the safety of owners and guests. 16. Pets: Guest are not allowed to have pets on property. 17. Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or Vaping is not allowed on balconies, hallways, corridors, sidewalks, pool decks and other common areas. They are only allowed in designated smoking areas of the resort. 18. Luggage/Shopping Carts: Luggage carts are not permitted in the units. 19. Rule Violations/Fines: Any violations of the above rules and regulations will be promptly reported to the General Manager who will immediately take whatever corrective action is necessary. A minimum $50.00 penalty for each violation will be levied against the offender until the issue is rectified. 20. Resort Employees: No guest will direct, supervise or in any manner attempt to assert control over the employees of the resort.
